Marketeam can provide ongoing support if you wish - below is a list of our available support packages.

Level 1 support package

Entitles you to 3 hours of support per year.

Level 2 support package

Entitles you to 6 hours of support per year.
$495 
per annum

Level 3 support package

Entitles you to 10 hours of support per year.
$795 
per annum

PLEASE NOTE: If no support package is purchased then our rate for support will be $120 per hour.

What will be covered under my Support Package?

Support time includes any of the following:-
•    updating content on your website
•    adding new pages to your website
•    time spent in consultation
•    telephone and email support about how to use Joomla

What is not covered under my Support Package?

Support covers all areas of your original website specification as per your original quote. Support does not cover website enhancements (unless minor), IT support or PC support. Email and website hosting queries should be directed to your hosting company - you'll receive an email containing their details once your website project is finished and paid for in full.

Why should I purchase a Support Package?

Once we have built your website, launched it live and provided you with Joomla training, it is up to you to edit and manage your own website. By purchasing a Support Package, you can have peace of mind knowing that we will provide you with support if you or your staff encounter any issues maintaining your website.
