As the website administrator for MCRCWA, Michele wanted to amalgamate their two websites into one for their members’ ease of use. Their old website looked quite dated (it was built in Joomla 1.5), so we created a custom design using a Rocketheme template as a base. The result is a vibrant, colourful new website to showcase the club's events and provide information to members.

The new homepage consists of several modules laid out using the Gantry 5 framework to provide members with info on their Rideday training programs, upcoming calendar, news items and information for volunteers.
Users now have the ability to purchase their annual membership or event tickets through the set up of an online store using Ecwid. This feature alone was one of the key factors of MCRCWA’s Joomla web design.
As they are a club that relies heavily on sponsorship, a scrolling logo component (OT Client Logos Scroller) was incorporated to feature their Major Sponsors ensuring equal exposure for each individual company.
Marketeam were able to save the club considerable ongoing costs by using free or low cost software options for their online payment and booking system.
